Board of Regents approves new B.A. in Criminal Justice

This spring, the Board of Regents approved to establish a new Bachelor of Arts Program in Criminal Justice in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The program will transition from an interdisciplinary studies major to a standalone program that will enhance the visibility of the program.

Flint selected for another prestigious award

Rebecca Flint, assistant professor of physics and U.S. Department of Energy Ames Laboratory associate, was awarded the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Early Career Research Program award. Flint is one of only 44 scientists across the nation to receive the award.
