Gustavo Macintosh, associate professor in the Roy J. Carver Department of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology, received the Iowa Academy of Science’s Distinguished Iowa Scientist Award. He was honored at the April 21, 2017 annual meeting of the Iowa Academy of Science.
