Christopher Hopkins premieres composition at the Library of Congress


Christopher Hopkins, a professor in the Department of Music and Theatre, premiered his composition Arched Interiors II in the Concerts from the Library of Congress series.

The concert took place in the Coolidge Auditorium in the Thomas Jefferson Building, Washington D.C. The performance was given by avant-garde piano virtuoso Margaret Leng Tan and included works by American Experimentalist composers Henry Cowell and George Crumb.
