On May 4, 2018, the School of Education corded graduates from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences on recognition of their completion of the teacher preparation academic program.
The ceremony celebrates the induction of the student into the profession of teaching. Thirty-eight students from LAS College with majors in English, history, mathematics, music, earth science and world languages and cultures completed the program. Students chose someone who made an impact on their education to cord them at the ceremony.
