Shakeshaft Master Teacher Award
Annemarie Butler, associate professor of philosophy and religious studies
The Shakeshaft Master Teacher Award was established in memory of Jerry Shakeshaft by his family, friends and colleagues. Dr. Shakeshaft was a long-time political science professor at Iowa State dedicated to the positive impact of undergraduate teaching. This award is presented to an outstanding teacher in the humanities and social sciences.
Trapp Innovation Award

This annual award provides funding to a faculty member who is pursuing new or unusual research in chemistry or the physical sciences.
