Douglas Gentile, a professor in the Department of Psychology, was quoted in a recent Wall Street Journal article, “Violent Videogames Aren’t Ruining Your Kids–but it’s Good to Discuss Them.”

Gentile studies video game violence and its impacts on children. He’s considered an expert on the subject and he has also co-authored a book, “Violent Video Game Effects on Children and Adolescents: Theory, Research, and Public Policy.”
