Sarah Dees, Assistant Professor of American Religions in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, recently published a chapter in the book, Selling the Sacred: Religion and Marketing from Crossfit to QAnon, published by Routledge. The chapter is titled, “Spiritual Healing for Sale: Medical Pluralism and the Commodification of Native American Healing Traditions.”
The book is edited by Mara Einstein and Sarah McFarland Taylor.
