Patricia Ferriera, a Social Psychology doctoral program student in Christian Meissner’s Applied Cognition laboratory, has been awarded a 2023 Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship. This prestigious award is intended to increase the diversity of our nation’s college/university faculty. Less than 5% of applicants received an award this year.
A search of the Ford Fellowship directory suggests that ISU has hosted only one prior Ford Fellowship awardee (Victor Raymond, 2002).
