Andrew Hochstetler receives award from the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences

Andrew Hochstetler, professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice, has received the 2022-23 Donald MacNamara Award from the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences for his study, “Meth Cooking as a Job: Identity and Dirty Work.” Co-authors are Iowa State alumnus Jacob Erickson, and Heith Copes, professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.

The award is given to scholarship that provides thoughtful analysis and novel treatment of a topic published in Justice Quarterly, Journal of Criminal Justice Education. or ACJS Today.
