Novotny Lawrence, associate professor in the Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication and the Department of English, has been named editor of The Journal of Popular Culture.
The Journal of Popular Culture is the premier peer-reviewed journal devoted to examining the study of popular culture. It is the official publication of the Popular Culture Association.
Lawrence will begin his duties as editor on August 1.
