Dean Adams, Distinguished Professor in the Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology, has been named a 2022-23 Fulbright U.S. Scholar. Adams will conduct research at the Institute of Biological Evolution (associated with the Universitat Pompeu Fabra) in Barcelona, Spain, as part of this honor.
Adams and his collaborators will investigate the degree to which morphological evolution is repeatable, by measuring patterns of morphological evolution between habitats in multiple lizard taxa found across the Mediterranean basin.
Adams will travel to Barcelona in January 2023 and continue these studies until April 2023.
