Charlie Nagle earns National Science Foundation grant

Charlie Nagle, associate professor of Spanish, has earned a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF). The $249,079 award will support Nagel’s research until August, 2024.
Nagle is the Principal Investigator for the research, “A longitudinal approach to examining perception-production links in second language speech sound learning.” He will collaborate with researchers at the University of Oregon on this project.
This project is jointly funded by the NSF’s Perception, Action and Cognition Program and the Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR).
