Professor Joydeep Bhattacharya earns National Science Foundation award

Professor Joydeep Bhattacharya, in the Department of Economics, has earned a National Science Foundation award for his COVID-19-related research project, “RAPID: Failure to Predict Infection Risk and its Impact on the Spread of COVID-19.”
Bhattacharya is the principal investigator for the project. The NSF grant provides a $17,996 research and development award that will support this research until 2021.
