Liz Hergert elected to serve as President of the Career Professionals of Iowa

Liz Hergert, Career Education Coordinator in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Career Services, has been elected to serve as the President of the Career Professionals of Iowa (CPI) professional association for the 2023-2024 academic year.

The mission of Career Professionals of Iowa (CPI) is to provide a space for career professionals to collaborate, grow and enhance the future of the profession, and be the go-to resource for career expertise in the state of Iowa. Liz will lead CPI’s Executive Committee as they oversee and implement an annual conference, a mentorship program, a structured networking program, a podcast, and additional professional development and advocacy initiatives.
