Tessa Brow, career education coordinator in Liberal Arts and Sciences Career Services, was recently accepted into the inaugural National Career Development Association’s (NCDA) Career Teaching Academy (CTA).
The CTA is for select professionals who teach career planning courses in higher education. They must be willing to share best practices and progress in the area of career planning course development across the profession. CTA participants commit to engage in a project to serve others teaching a career planning course.
The NCDA provides professional development, publications, standards, and advocacy to practitioners and educators who inspire and empower individuals to achieve their career and life goals.
