Andrew Smith named Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Science

Assistant Professor Andrew Smith, in the Department of Psychology, was recently named a Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Science (APS).
According to the APS, the Rising Star designation is presented to outstanding APS members in the earliest stages of their research career, post-Ph.D. This designation recognizes researchers whose innovative work has already advanced the field and signals great potential for their continued contributions.
Dr. Smith’s research focuses on applications of psychology to law, especially eyewitness identification processes.
