    Chemistry faculty establish energy start-up called Upcycling+

    Upcycling+ mixes everyday waste plastics, including grocery bags, candy wrappers, milk jugs, and turns them into solid pellets, runs them through a reactor where they’re exposed to heat and catalysts, and harvests the resulting fuel or chemicals.
