Kirill Kovnir, professor in the Department of Chemistry, was recently awarded the American Chemical Society (ACS) Qnity Electronics Solid State Chemistry Award. The honor recognizes his sustained excellence, dedication, and perseverance in inorganic solid‑state chemistry research. Kovnir will be presented with the award at the ACS Fall 2026 meeting.
