Iowa State University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) will recognize the achievements of its distinguished alumni at the annual LAS Honors and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 23.
The ceremony takes place during Iowa State’s 2025 Homecoming Week, which will celebrate Cyclone pride with the theme “Lights, Camera, Cyclones!” Iowa State student a capella group Count Me In will provide music and vocals at the LAS ceremony.
In addition, LAS and Iowa State University Alumni Association award recipients will be honored at a Friday, Oct. 24, ceremony hosted by the Iowa State University Alumni Association.

LAS honorees include:

- Sophia Magill (’05 political science), Carrie Chapman Catt Public Engagement Award
